At 1:58 a.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service issued an updated winter weather advisory valid from 10 a.m. until Saturday 4 a.m. for Southern Erie as well as Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties.The weather service describes, "Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations up to 2 inches and ice accumulations of 0.25' to 0.50' across Chautauqua County, and 0.10' to 0.25' across southern Erie and Cattaraugus counties.around four tenths of an inch." ...read more read less
