Belongings and valuables were destroyed Wednesday when a fire engulfed a Richmond storage facility. The Richmond Fire Department said the blaze at the Public Storage facility on Carlson Boulevard began around midnight, eventually reaching a third alarm before crews were able to get it under contr ol. Eddie Morgain Sr. lost valuables in the fire, including tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of items and family videos. “It’s kind of almost like a farewell feeling to my belongings,” he said.
