CRIME STOPPERS: LPD Finishes Out 2025 With a Look at Recent Shoplifting Cases

Lincoln Police need your help in solving some recent shoplifting cases. LPD forensics technician Becky Keller offered a quick rundown on Wednesday m
orning on those cases, where your help is needed.
On Saturday, December 20th – two women were captured on camera at the N. 27th Walmart concealing clothing items and then leaving without paying for them. They left in a black Jeep Grand Cherokee. One of the girls should be super recognizable, she had very bright reddish pink hair.

On Thursday, December 18th, a woman was reported to have allegedly used a Blue Razz Kool-Aid Packet to scan $130 worth of grocery and other miscellaneous items at the Walmart on N. 85th Street. She was driving this white Chevy Traverse, and had a young pre-school aged boy with her.

On Monday, December 15th, the Kwik Shop on 44th/Cornhusker said a woman came into the store and took two bottles of Tito’s without paying for them. She was wearing all dark clothing, including a black Nike hoodie, and had reddish colored hair.

On Saturday, December 13th, the Walmart on N. 85th reported this man walked out of the store with multiple jugs of oil, an oil filter, and some gloves. He left in a silver Chevy Traverse.

On Sunday, November 16th, the Pump and Pantry on West O and Sun Valley reported a man in a cowboy hat came into the store and walked out with a jug of water he didn’t pay for. He left as the passenger of a dark colored pickup truck.

We’re going back to October 8th. We are still trying to figure out the identity of these 4 men who went into Scheel’s on 30th and Pine Lake Road. At least 3 of them were caught on camera concealing items before all 4 of them left together in the black Lexus sedan seen in the parking lot.
