On Tuesday at 10:34 a.m. an updated winter storm warning was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 4 p.m. for Tompkins, Tioga and Broome counties.“Heavy snow and some light mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches and ice accumulations around a lig ht glaze.
