Residents should use Evening Star Road for evacuations.  Just after 6 p.m., the sheriff’s office issued an evacuation warning for a larger area of Fourmile Canyon. The sheriff’s office said residents in that area should prepare to evacuate, or evacuate immediately if they need extra time.  Winds in the area are currently gusting in the 20-40 mph range. Relative humidity is low, at 15-20%.
