INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a 13-year-old boy last seen at an apartment complex on Sunday. Marcus Clinton was described as a Black male, 5 feet 3 inches tall, and a 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eye s. He was last seen in the 7500 block of South Village Way on Indy’s far east side on Sunday, and has been with friends since sometime Saturday.
