SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A community resource center has opened at the Richmond Recreation Center at 251 18th Ave. in San Francisco for those still affected by the ongoing power outage. The center will be open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, PGE said. The center offers charging stations for phones, laptops and other small electronics, free Wi-Fi, bottled water, snacks, restrooms, chairs and tables for those dealing with the outage.
