Letter: Second boat strike illegal in any light

I fully agree that Pete Hegseth was “following the orders of the commander in chief … ” Unfortunately, that is a dangerous admission (“Boat strike orders legal, part of war,” Star-Advertiser, Letters, Dec. 7). The question at issue is whether the order was legal or not.
