(KRON) -- Two boys were arrested on Wednesday in connection to an armed robbery in Marin City this week, the Marin County Sheriff’s Office said. The three victims had arranged over social media to meet with the suspects to sell them clothing items. Sheriff’s deputies were alerted to the robbery on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. and responded to the 600 block of Drake Avenue. The victims told authorities that when they arrived at the meeting spot to sell their clothing items, they were robbed at gunpoint by the boys. Three juveniles arrested in fatal San Rafael stabbing “During the robbery, one of the suspects fired a round into the air in attempt to stop the victims from attempting to take their items back,” the sheriff’s office said. Detectives identified the suspects, and the two boys were arrested on Wednesday and booked into Juvenile Hall. The suspects’ identities were not released due to their ages.
