RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 caused delays in the City of Richmond on Friday. The crash reportedly occurred at 9:40 a.m. on Dec. 19 and was located on I-95 near the Maury Street exit. Virginia State Police said there were reports of injuries but none were life-thr eatening. According to VDOT, all northbound lanes were closed at one point and there were approximately five miles of backups.
