PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella said that the state’s Department of Justice Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled Brown University shooter Claudio Manuel Neves Valente’s death a suicide. An autopsy found that the 48-year-old died from a gunshot woun d to the head. He was estimated to have died on Dec. 16.
