It’s good, and necessary, that the state Department of Education has permanently banned a couple from all DOE campuses and properties, after a disturbing incident Dec. 4 that included alleged harassment of officials and assault at their son’s basketball game at Moanalua High School. Aukusitino I . Noga Jr. and wife Jamielee were banned after video showed them heckling referees, and after the game outside, Noga punching the school’s associate athletic director, Natalie Iwamoto, to the ground.
