The fog is expected to return tonight, although not nearly as dense and should not stick around as late on Thursday. A weak offshore flow will push any cloud cover out early, making for a sunny, and warmer day. Thursday will likely be the warmest day of the week with inland temperatures 15-20 de grees above normal.
