A 72-year-old woman was found dead and partially undressed — with some of her clothes folded neatly beside her — near the New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx, law enforcement sources told the Daily News Wednesday. Lydia Marzan’s body was found at 6:49 a.m. Tuesday on a sidewalk near East Fo rdham Road and Southern Blvd. in Belmont, roughly two blocks away from the botanical garden’s main entrance, cops said.
