A high wind warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 12:47 p.m. valid from Thursday 7 p.m. until Saturday 1 a.m. for Jefferson and Lewis counties.The weather service states, "Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected Thursday evening through overnight Th ursday.
