(KRON) -- A 64-year-old man suspected of manufacturing child pornography was arrested in Napa last week, the Napa County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday. Frank Joseph Lyons was arrested Friday morning and faces additional charges of contacting a minor for a sexual purpose and possession of matt er depicting a minor, according to authorities. A search warrant in connection with the investigation was executed at a residence in American Canyon on the 50 block of James Road, the sheriff’s office said.
