A long-awaited reunion took place at a high school in Philadelphia on Monday. More than 40 years since graduating from Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls, alumna Mary Stepp’s class ring was returned. Stepp graduated in 1980 and lost her class ring decades ago. James Sizemore Sr . found it in Georgia and tried several times to get it back to its owner with the school eventually able to connect it to Stepp. So, on Monday, Dec. 15, the high school hosted Stepp and presented her class ring to her in a ceremony in the chapel along with members of the senior class. She had served as class president and was able to meet Pope John Paul II during his trip to Philadelphia in 1979.
