(CNN)– Target hopes a refreshed presence in a fashionable New York neighborhood will hit the bullseye. This week in Soho, the chain opened the doors to its first-ever concept store. It’s full of designer collaborations, beauty products, and stylish apparel. Target’s incoming CEO says is part of an attempt to bring back its “Tar-zhay” glory days.
