Serial perv charged for 3rd time after using Long Island shopping plaza as female hunting ground: cops

Aqeel Ahmad, 53, was nabbed for the third time in three months after a probe uncovered that he "attempted" to take more perverted photos up females' skirts inside a Selden Shoprite on Sept. 11 — in the same plaza as the infamous Target where he was arrested in October.
