Powerball jackpot hits $1.1 billion; next drawing Monday
Dec 14, 2025
The Powerball jackpot continues to grow after no winner was reported in Saturday night’s drawing, sending the prize rolling over once again.
The winning numbers were 1, 28, 31, 57 and 58, with a Powerball of 16 and a Power Play of 2. The jackpot is now estimated at $1.1 billion, with a cash val
ue of $503.4 million.
While there was no jackpot winner, several players still claimed big prizes. Two tickets sold in North Carolina and Pennsylvania matched five numbers with the Power Play, winning $2 million each. Meanwhile, $1 million prizes went to tickets sold in California, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey and Virginia.
The next drawing is set for Monday. Saturday’s drawing tied the Powerball record for the longest streak without a jackpot winner at 42 drawings, and Monday’s jackpot now ranks as the sixth-largest in the game’s history. The last Powerball jackpot was won in early September, when a $1.787 billion prize was split between tickets sold in Missouri and Texas, the second-largest Powerball jackpot ever, trailing only the $2.04 billion prize won in California in 2022.
The drawing takes place at 10:59 p.m. ET and can be streamed live on Powerball.com.
