The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) is responding to a fire near 3117 Century Street at Beacon Building Products, a storage space for building materials. The fire began at 2:43 p.m., and CSFD crews were there in five min utes. They say a second alarm was ordered due to the fire's size.CSFD says that it isn't a building that caught fire, but rather the materials outside of the building.
