INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department on Friday identified the people believed to be responsible for a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed a person on Thursday morning. Police think Angel Osuvaldo-Franco and Ricardo Martinez-Valadez were drag racing in their vehi cles when Osuvaldo-Franco crashed into a truck at the intersection of North Lynhurst Drive and West Vermont Street. Surveillance video shows the moment the crash happened. When police arrived on scene, they discovered he had left his own vehicle and gotten in the car Martinez-Valadez was driving. The male driver of the truck died at the scene. His name and age had not been released as of Friday afternoon.
