Sullivan, N.Y. — A Syracuse man has been indicted on multiple felony charges in connection with a July crash in Madison County that killed a 22-year-old woman and seriously injured him and another passenger, deputies said.The driver, Robert Echols, 21, was arrested Thursday and faces a top charge of aggravated vehicular homicide, according to a news release from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office. ...read more read less
