San Diego weather: Santa Ana winds diminish, gradual cooling trend begins
Dec 11, 2025
Our Santa Ana offshore flow will be much weaker today, allowing temperatures to gradually cool down near the coast. Today will be another unseasonably warm, sunny, and dry day with a few spots reaching or breaking record highs. Ramona has already tied the record at noon today. We have the official l
ist this afternoon.
Onshore winds will bring a slight cooling trend through the weekend with temperatures getting closer to normal for this time of the year.
Onshore winds also bring clouds into the area Saturday, but we stay dry. We could see patchy fog in the mornings near the coast starting tomorrow morning, better chances this weekend.
All storm systems will remain far to our North over the weekend, then as high pressure moves East next week, rain will move into Northern California. We still stay dry here though.
