HAYWARD, Calif. (KRON) -- Doorbell video from a nearby resident captured the moment an underground gas line caused an explosion that erupted into a massive residential fire. The explosion occurred around 9:35 a.m. on 800 block of East Lewelling Boulevard. Watch the video in the player above for the moment the explosion occurred. Six people were taken to the hospital as a result of the explosion and ensuing fire. No fatalities were reported.
