Lincoln Police Cruiser (Jeff Motz/KFOR News)LINCOLN–(KFOR Dec. 11)–A larceny case from a central Lincoln cemetery on Thursday morning is under investigation, where plaques and a bust of a former Nebraska governor were stolen. Lincoln Police say officers were called to Wyuka Cemetary at 3600 “O ” Street, where the cemetery president reported someone stole three large bronze plaques and a bronze bust from the gravesite of former Nebraska Governor Albinus Nance.  The total loss is at $90,000. The other missing plaques are of Abraham Lincoln, the Pledge of Allegiance and one with a script written on it.  On Wednesday, the cemetery also reported 29 bronze flower vases had been pried from a columbarium for a loss valued at $8,700.
