Two people were killed and two others were wounded in a shooting in Newark, according to law enforcement. The shooting in New Jersey’s largest city occurred after 8 p.m. on Clinton Avenue near South 17th Street in the South Ward. The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed two deaths as a result of the gunfire.
