Columbus Boulevard ramp to I95 to close Thursday due to capping project

The ramp from Columbus Boulevard to Interstate 95 North in Center City will be closed from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday due to the I-95 capping project. The ramp also provides access to I-676 and Callowhill Street.
