COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– President Donald Trump announced a $12 billion farm aid package on Monday, Dec. 9, for farmers impacted by the trade war. ABC Columbia reached out to SC State Agriculture Commissioner Hugh Weathers and asked how this may impact farmers here in the Palmetto State.
