Once condemned and nearly lost to time, the Centennial Building stood as a fading piece of Park City’s rich architectural heritage. Today, it’s being brought back to life by PJ Builders, who whose leaders said they have taken on the challenge of restoring it safely, responsibly and with respect for its history. Working with state and city officials, the company said it is working to make sure the restoration meets the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility. “This project embodies what we stand for at PJ Builders,” said Pete Olson, owner of the company. “Craftsmanship and care go hand in hand.
