On Thursday at 12:20 p.m. the National Weather Service released a cold weather advisory valid from 7 p.m. until Friday 9 a.m. for Southeastern St. Lawrence and Southern Franklin.The weather service adds, "Very cold wind chills as low as 24 degrees below expected."
