An updated report from the National Weather Service was issued on Thursday at 11:31 a.m. for snow squalls and showers until 1:45 p.m. for Tompkins, Cortland, Chenango, Otsego, Tioga, Broome and Delaware counties."Another round of snow showers with embedded snow squalls is moving through the area ear ly this afternoon and can be heavy at times. The line is oriented west to east over Central NY and is moving southeast into the Twin Tiers region.
