Creep, 73, accused of trying to buy baby girl at an auction house

Howell Gene Penton, 73, allegedly asked the mom to sell him her 10-month-old daughter late last month while they were at the Angie Auction House in Angie, about 120 miles east of Baton Rouge, according to the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office.
