Lincoln Police Cruiser (Jeff Motz/KFOR News)LINCOLN–(KFOR Dec. 3)–A heads up from Lincoln Police about skimmers being found on payment machines at three Family Dollar stores across the city. LPD public information manager Erika Thomas told reporters Wednesday that on Tuesday, employees at Family Dollar stores at 11th and Belmont, 13th and Arapahoe and 24th and “N” Street reported finding those devices. The skimmers have since been removed but anyone who may have shopped at those locations recently should check their bank or credit card accounts for any potential fraudulent charges or missing money. Officers are still conducting this investigation in finding out who is responsible.
