(Jeff Motz/KFOR News)LINCOLN–(KFOR Nov. 26)–Lincoln Police have confirmed the 29-year-old Omaha man seriously wounded in a Saturday afternoon shooting at an apartment near 9th and Belmont died Tuesday. He’s been identified as Matthias Washington. According to LPD, Washi ngton was put on life-support after he was wounded by a single gunshot, following a number of altercations in the apartment, with a 34-year-old Lincoln man. Police say the 34-year-old man has been cooperative in the investigation and officers are looking into whether the shooting was in self-defense or not. Both men involved are related.
