(CNN)– Sales of previously-owned homes rose last month. The National Association of Realtors said Thursday, Nov. 20, sales of existing home climbed 1.2% in October from the prior month. That’s the highest level since February, and a sign that lower mortgage rates have been luring buye rs. Mortgage rates declined in recent months, in anticipation of the Federal Reserve lowering interest rates in September and October.
