Man charged after multiple indecent exposures in Burlington, police say

BURLINGTON, N.C. (WGHP) — A man has been arrested after "multiple" reports of indecent exposure in Burlington.
According to the Burlington Police Department, they got a call about an indecent exposure around 10 a.m. on Sunday. A woman called 911 and said that a man exposed himself to her at a Harris Teeter.
Three other women reported similar incidents at Planet Fitness and Academy Sports, with the last call happening around 4 p.m. at a Dollar Tree. Officers identified a suspect vehicle and located that vehicle at the University Commons shopping center. Police "set up a perimeter and used a drone" to locate the suspect, who ran away through the shopping center parking lot. He was apprehended by officers and identified as Tikwuan Rodriguez, 29, of Selma.
He was charged with one count of sexual battery and four counts of indecent exposure. He was given no bond.
